Skin scalp nails
As a medical practitioner with special interest in dermatology, Dr Roseline Moo is dedicated to treating problems found on your skin, scalp or nails.
CLINIC DR MOO with its team work hard to offer top-of-the-line treatments for men and women, young and old, from infant to elderly; be it acne, eczema, infections, allergy, STDs, or nails/scalp issues.
Mole mapping
Skin cancer screening (mole check) is routinely recommended for those with fair skin type, and those with personal or family history of skin cancer.
Total body skin examination (TBSE) improves skin cancer detection in those with focused skin lesions. Stop by our clinic to experience firsthand how a full dermoscopic examination can help your health.

Laboratory workup
Working together with our partners we perform laboratory test (e.g. blood, urine, swab, scrape sample) to identify the nature of diseases, which include
- Allergy tests
- STDs and infections
- Autoimmune disorders
- Skin biopsy & histopathology
Turnaround time for simple blood test is around 3 days whereas biopsy/histopathology a week.
You’ll leave our clinic well informed and confident that your health is in good hands.
Virtual Clinic
To evaluate and monitor patients condition remotely we use live videoconferencing. A private zoom meeting with Dr Moo will be allocated with real time audio and video application to enable direct interaction.
If medications are needed, delivery can be arranged otherwise prescriptions will be provided. Quality of care should not be compromised even when one opts to stay home.

Our charges
Clinic Dr Moo (sole proprietor) is a private billing practice.
Our fees are determined by recommended rates by MMA and the costs associated with running a high quality medical practice.
Medical insurance still apply but you will be out of pocket.
When booking a procedure, all patients are given an information explaining all aspects of the procedure and its associated costs.

FAQs
I'm lost! GPS showed me the wrong way.
We are sorry for the ongoing construction around the premise. If you come from South (Jalan Tun Razak), after the Singapore High Comm turn left into Lorong Kuda. If you are from North, get into the tunnel in front of the LINC. Do not enter KLCC carpark, but take the Persiaran KLCC exit instead.
Is the clinic inside the building itself ?
We are located not in the government office building but at the Mezzanine floor over the retail side- where you may find Starbucks coffe and myNews.com convenient shop. Kindly look for Starbucks, take the escalator next to it and you'll find us.
Can I park my car inside the building ? Is parking lot available ?
Yes, there are plenty of covered parking bays on level 3-4 in Menara Felda itself. Alternatively you may also park your vehicle at Naza Tower (covered) next to our premise.
I need my medications delivered. Can you help ?
Submit your order as attached above and we will contact you to proceed for online payment.
You may arrange pick up from your end during office hours otherwise we can arrange GdEx delivery to your doorstep at a cost of RM7-15.
What do I do if to book an appointment for virtual clinic?
For existing patients/clients each session will take 20 minutes/person. Once the date and time are confirmed one will need to make online payment in advance to book the virtual consultation room. For those who need medications, delivery can be arranged.
Can I see Dr Moo using Virtual clinic service if I'm outside of Malaysia?
Yes. We can arrange appointments according to availability. For first consultation 30 minutes will be allocated to each patient. Mode of payment will be informed. Kindly ensure that both audio and video are available, and a well-lit room ready for virtual skin examination.
I have insurance coverage, what do I do to have the medical charges covered ?
You will still need to pay out of pocket. Get the invoice/receipt of payment and apply for reimbursement from your insurance company. Amount/percentage of coverage subject to the discretion of the insurer.
Please also note that our setting (as a clinic) does not provide day-care or in-patient services thus there would be NO admission for procedure.
Is the clinic wheelchair/stroller accessible?
Of course. If you are coming by wheelchair or bringing your child using stroller, kindly enter into Menara Felda and look for the lift leading to level 2 where we are only two fire doors away from the exit. Park your car in the building itself at level 3 or 4 (visitor parking) would be more convenient.
